Affirmation Stem - Hydrangea

Full, layered blooms give the hydrangea a sense of presence and reassurance. Often associated with understanding, emotional depth, and gratitude, it carries the feeling of being held—without needing to explain or ask.

This stem includes an affirmation curated by our mind guide Subuhi Safvi, centred on support, emotional safety, and allowing oneself to receive care. It also includes a breathing exercise designed to ground you in moments of stress.

Carefully crocheted using cotton yarn, the hydrangea’s clustered form is designed to feel grounding and steady—offering quiet reassurance through its layered presence.
